Groggy Dog Sportswear LLC ("Groggy Dog," "we," "us") operates groggydogonline.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, and the details of your project: garment type, quantity, decoration method, in-hand date, and any notes. If you upload artwork, we receive that file.
Information collected automatically. Our host and analytics tools record standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site or search that referred you.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your quote, and to produce your order
- To contact you about a project you started with us
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- To meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Your artwork
Artwork you send stays yours. We use it to produce your order and to make proofs for your approval. We may show finished work in our portfolio, on our website, or on social media unless you tell us not to. If you would rather we did not, email jared@groggydogonline.com and we will keep your work private.
By sending us artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We do not reproduce logos, characters, or trademarks that belong to someone else without documented permission.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

We also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for site analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We do not currently run advertising or retargeting pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent notice before any advertising tracker goes live.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and the messages around them: three years from the date of your last contact with us. Artwork files are kept for as long as your account is active, plus three years. Artwork for active customers is kept so reorders do not require you to resend files. To have your information deleted, email jared@groggydogonline.com.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop emailing you. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email jared@groggydogonline.com and we will respond within 45 days.
Security
We use reputable vendors and standard safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We will post any update here with a new "Last updated" date.
