Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of groggydogonline.com. Using the site means you accept them. Individual orders are also governed by the quote and invoice we send you; where the two disagree, the quote and invoice control.

Quotes are estimates

Prices, quantities, and dates shown in a quote are an estimate based on the information you give us. They can change if the specification changes, if garment availability or supplier pricing changes, or if the artwork requires more work than expected. A quote is not a contract until you approve it in writing.

Proofs and approval

We send a proof to approve before anything runs. Once you approve a proof, you own what is on it: spelling, colors, sizes, placement, and quantities. Reprints for errors present on an approved proof are billed as a new order.

Artwork and intellectual property

You keep ownership of artwork you send us. You grant us permission to reproduce it for your order and to display finished work as samples of our capability, unless you ask us in writing not to.

You are responsible for having the right to use the artwork you send. That includes logos, team names, mascots, characters, photographs, and typefaces. We will decline any job we believe infringes someone else's rights. You agree to cover us against claims arising from artwork you supplied.

Everything on this site that we created - text, photographs, logos, layout, and design - belongs to Groggy Dog Sportswear LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Production, quantities, and color

Manufacturing has tolerances. Garment dye lots vary between production runs, screen-printed and embroidered color matching is close rather than exact, and screens on your monitor do not match ink on fabric. Where a spoilage allowance applies to an order it is stated on the quote.

Dates

Production dates run from artwork approval, not from the date you first contacted us. Dates depend on garment availability and are not guaranteed against supplier backorders, shipping delays, or events outside our control.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms are stated on your invoice. Once garments are ordered or production has begun, an order cannot be cancelled without covering costs already incurred. Custom decorated goods cannot be returned for reasons other than a defect in our work.

Claims

Inspect your order on receipt. Tell us about any shortage, defect, or error within 10 business days so we can put it right.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or the cost of a missed event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Denton County, Texas.
